My best friend stops by everyday.  He loves the camera and prefers close-ups.

I asked him what he thought of the Yankees!

10/19/10 Brooklyn Bridge

This is such a great bridge. Built in 1883, it is one of the oldest suspension bridges in the United States. Everyone needs to walk across it at least once. You really get the feel of New York City during the 19th century.  The Manhattan Bridge is in the background.

This little guy strolled across my backyard this afternoon.  He has the most amazing eyes.  I brought him in the house for a while … the cats were so confused.  After a quick photo shoot, I returned him to the estuary behind my townhouse.  The rabbit is from Deep Cut Gardens in Middletown.

10/09/10 Cape May Migration

Posted: October 10, 2010 in Uncategorized

It’s peak bird migration time in Cape May, NJ.  Saturday was a very active day.  I viewed tons of hawks, falcons, eagles, and osprey.  The quality is pretty weak, but here are some images.  If anyone can identify the hawks, please comment.

10/06/10 Manasquan Reservoir

Last night, the clouds were angry at the Manasquan Reservoir in Howell, NJ.  The water level is the lowest in years.  A pair of Bald Eagles nest here all year round.
