09/19/15 Junkyard Excursion

Posted: September 24, 2015 in Uncategorized

I ventured into something a little different for me. Friends of mine, in The NJ Photo Crew, had a photo shoot scheduled for a junkyard in Egg Harbor Township last Saturday. I decided to join them. I had a blast with the group and photographed so many interesting things. Many of the cars brought back sweet memories of growing up in the 50’s and 60’s.

My former teacher, Mark Dellert, once a popular Madison Ave. photographer, who has his own studio in Morganville and works for Amazon and is a NYC freelancer, would absolutely LOVE this collection. He does gorgeous advertising photography, but in his spare time does subjects like this…… This is a huge departure for you, Ray. marion

These are all terrific, Ray! Such wonderful textures and colors. Love the God rays on the cluster of old gas pumps. Thanks for joining us, and for the mention. 🙂
