Well … I was about two hours late (again, lol). Somewhere behind those clouds there’s an Aurora. It was pretty spectacular, several friends took awesome shots earlier in the night before the clouds rolled in. There’s always next time.

Last September
“Almost” is very exciting, Ray – proof of your patience, commitment to finding rare beauty, and magnificent artistic/photographic skills.
I find it hard to believe that these scenes still exist, reeling as I am between the death of Tasha’s husband, Alan, on the eve of their annual departure for Maine — and the memorial for Ash Harvey, one of D&R Greenway’s founders, major Trustees, often Treasurers — another amazingly luminous human being described at the service yesterday at D&R G as “flawless”.
These two men cared greatly about the natural world, seeking it, appreciating it, working to save it in many settings.
I hope, on the other side, we can ‘zip’ over to favorite sites, such as Jordan Pond, and in the middle of the night, even, — just by thinking about it, as in Jonathan Living Seagull.
Thank you for solace. You never know, Ray, what good your artistry does when you release it to the world! c
Thanks so much, Carolyn. I really appreciate your feedback. Sorry for the loss of your friends.
Perfect auras have become common, so the clouds create interest. A Positive!!!!
Yeah, I shouldn’t complain lol.
