Here is a compilation of photos taken on a few trips back to the Conowingo Dam in Maryland. It is now peak time for the number of eagles that migrate here for several weeks each year.

Great job Ray! I was hoping to get back one more time before the season ends. Wish it was closer!

Our nation’s symbol never looked better!
Thanks, Glenn.
All excellent photos Ray. Nice work!
Thanks, Joe.
simply amazing, Ray – you are in Eagle Heaven all the advantages of heaven and none of the (as in death…) disadvantages! c
Thank you, Carolyn.
FANTASTIC… nobody (I know) does it better! I photographed a pair and immature the other day. I only have up to 400mm and a full frame sensor so it is almost never close enough. What lens do you use?
Thanks, Denise. I have a 500mm F4. Most times I add a 1.7 or a 1.4 teleconverter.
