Thanks, Ray, for reminding me of the wonders of Island Beach. Would you believe, it has been so searingly sweltering here, I have avoided both IB and Sandy Hook all summer long. Jeanette’s out West hiking in mountains and wrote of the heat (and wildfires at Yellowstone, where she is headed…) And people think global warming is a myth. I hope these very special ospreys, whom we watched construct and defend their nest, can literally rise above it. Best in all ways, c
