A few blocks from my home, a pair of Bald Eagles have nested in a Brick cell tower for the last several years. Sometimes they make some pretty low passes across Hooper Avenue as you drive by. Here the female and the male just perch on the tower. I waited two hours for them to fly with no luck this night.

Was it last spring or the year before, I told you about the bald eagle nest atop a cell tower near Union Beach? Funny how they are gravitating to cell towers now.
I envy you, Ray, coming across Their Majesties so easily. Your legendary patience never ceases to amaze me. Home from beloved Berkshires and boy am I unwilling to take up the burden of my logistical life anew! Blessings to both of you and the Maine departure. c
